Sophie LaBorwit
Biography
Sophie LaBorwit is the Administrative Coordinator at the LGBTQ Resource Center and DEI. She is from New Mexico and graduated from UNM with Degrees in Sociology, Psychology, and Art. She is always motivated to learn and employ ways to build community engagement and cultivate more inclusive spaces. In the past, she has worked at several organizations serving unhoused women in Albuquerque, as well as working in informal education at the Maxwell Museum here on UNM campus. In her free time, she enjoys painting and spending time outdoors.
