NCFDD (The National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity) is the leading provider of faculty professional development in higher education. It provides services, resources, and programs to support faculty members, postdocs and graduate students in making successful transitions throughout their careers.

NCFDD Institutional Membership

The Division for Equity is happy to announce that the University of New Mexico is now an institutional member of the NCFDD, thanks to the generous support of the Office of the Provost. NCFDD currently supports faculty, postdocs, and graduate students at more than 450 institutions from all across the country. Member benefits include:

 All faculty, postdocs and graduate students at UNM are eligible to claim their individual memberships. To activate your individual account, please complete the following steps: 

  • Go to www.NCFDD.org.
  • Click "Become A Member" located at the top right screen.
  • Scroll down until you see "Activate Your Institutional Membership Account".
  • Select "University of New Mexico" from the dropdown menu.
  • Click "continue".
  • Click “Activate My Membership.”
  • Complete the Registration Form using your UNM’s email address (e.g.,you@unm.edu)
  • Go to your UNM email account and click “Activate Account” in the confirmation email
