The University of New Mexico's Division for Equity and Inclusion is proud to welcome the 2016-2017 Inclusive Excellence Postdoctoral Fellows. The purpose of the Inclusive Excellence Postdoctoral Fellowship is to provide recent PhD graduates with insight and training in diversity and inclusion work in higher education. The selected fellows enjoy direct access to mentoring from the Vice President for Equity and Inclusion, as well as faculty mentoring, networking, and professional development opportunities. The goal of the program is to develop diversity champions from all academic backgrounds who will be prepared to lead research agendas dedicated to inclusive excellence within higher education settings.
